I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms offering an excellent view of Lake Pichola. The service was top-notch, especially when my partner fell ill, they were extremely supportive and helpful. The location was perfect for nature lovers, offering an amazing view of Lake Pichola right on the river. The dining experience, although simple, was magical, especially in the morning with the golden sunlight and temple bells.
The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms, but they lack decorations and cleanliness. The lake view rooms are worth staying in for a pleasant view, although some stains in the bed decorations were noticeable. The service was warm and quirky, providing an individualized experience and being supportive, especially when my partner fell ill. The location is great for easy access to financial institutions and is close to the bridges crossing the lake. The dining experience, although simple and limited, can be enjoyable with music, and the facilities offer room service, car hire, and laundry services.
I was really impressed with this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering wonderful see-through windows to enjoy the surroundings. The location was easily accessible, being nearest to the railway station and airport. However, the dining experience was not up to par with unclean plates and a lack of staff attention.
